Wine glass confirmed as being ''empty'' before being ''half-empty'' - new pics

New evidence confirmed that the wine glass taken into custody last month for being ''half-empty'' had in fact been ''empty'' at some point before its arrest. The evidence could shift popular opinion in favour of the glass, which did not deny being ''half full'' and was subsequently arrested at the E.R. offices last month.
